President / Chief Operating Officer
Lauren Armstrong is President of Blue Creek Building, LLC and licensed homebuilder with the Alabama Association of Homebuilders. A graduate of the University of Montevallo, Lauren has many years of experience in real estate and construction. Since graduation, Lauren has applied her skills in various positions of residential construction, property investment, and property management. When not orchestrating all the “behind the scenes” activities of construction, Lauren enjoys spending her time on Lake Martin with her husband, 3 children, and 3…yes.. 3 dogs!

Sam is experienced in custom and semi-custom builds with a lifelong association to builders and designers. He has a honed eye for detail and commitment to excellence. Sam possess a deep understanding of the craft and a passion for creating exceptional spaces.
